The wines are fully aged on lees, and clarified by natural decanting, without filtration or fining.
This Cuvée reveals the Pinot Meunier Character, favorite grape-variety in the Marne Valley area and iconic identity of our vineyard. We use a high proportion of perpetual reserve started in 1998. Malolactic fermentation completed.
Aged in the bottle for 15 to 27 months.

LES VIGNES DE LA VALLÉE - BRUT

« Mineral and smooth »


This Cuvée, extra aged on lees, reveals the Pinot Meunier Character, favorite grape-variety in the Marne Valley area and iconic identity of our vineyard. We use a high proportion of Perpetual Reserve started in 1998. Malolactic fermentation completed.
Aged in the bottle for 42 to 54 months.

Terre de Meunier - Extra Brut

"Pure and Juicy"


Blend of two slopes, one South facing called, « le Patis de Cerseuil », the other one North facing, called « Les vignes dans le bois ». Small proportion of Reserve wine, vinified and ahed in barrels. Malolactic fermentation completed.
Aged in the bottle for 18 to 30 months.

BRUT NATURE

« Wild and Pure »

This experimental Cuvée, extra aged on lees, reveals the Pinot Meunier Character, favorite grape-variety in the Marne Valley area and iconic identity of our vineyard. We use a high proportion of Perpetual reserve started in 1998. Malolactic fermentation completed.
We have used natural selected yeasts (from our own vineyard) for the second fermentation in bottle. To enhance the identity of our Terroirs.

Aged in the bottle for over 36 months.

Vintage 2013

« Elegant and Mineral »

Millésime is a cuvée dedicated to the best wines from each Vintage. Each harvest is different in style and this cuvée will be the tribute to each year.

This is a selection of the best wines of the harvest 2013, aged on lees : Blend of 2/3 of Pinot Meunier (stainless steel tanks) and 1/3 of Chardonnay from Brisefer single vineyard (Oak Barrels).

Aged in the bottle for 72 months.
